Sarah's massage therapy practice caters exclusively to women and men from 18-75 years of age who need therapeutic massage for chronic pain relief, repetitive strain injuries, post-surgical pain, stress relief, pregnancy symptoms and many more musculoskeletal issues.

Sarah is a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist (BCLMT) specializing in Myofascial Release (MFR) the John Barnes Approach. She can customize any massage therapy session using various techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Integrative Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Pranic Healing (Energy Work). She also enjoys helping mommy's-to-be relax in a calming environment during Pregnancy Massage.  She has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.)--Management from the University of West Florida. She graduated from the Pensacola School of Massage Therapy & Health Careers and has 9 years of massage therapy experience. She was Nationally Certified from November 2008-December 2016. In December 2016 she upgraded from being Nationally Certified to becoming Board Certified by the NCBTMB. She also is fully covered by the AMTA for Liability Insurance. She is a results-orientated licensed massage therapist, meaning she will use the appropriate massage therapy techniques to aid in your overall healing. 

During MFR treatments there are no lotions or oils used. In other types of massage therapy she uses only organic lotions and oils along with Young Living Essential Oils exclusively in aromatherapy massage treatments.
